Need A Work-Out to get CUTT UP
Here is the situation, I am tired of being a lazy fatass and I want more. I can workout every morning between 5am and 6:45am and I will be running 2-4 miles per day starting yesterday. Mass would be nice, but I really just want to get some decent abs and a fit looking body. I am very new to this and I need to know exactly what on Earth to do. Thanks alot everyone..
