everything is proportion it seems except i think you could use more sweep in your quads and thicker upper chest but overall looks good

Juan Jo, looking stronger; but try to take the pictures with a little more of distance of the focus point so that a better idea of proportion can be acquire.
Quads are getting there, remember to work the leg's biceps too.
Chest is getting there, it takes time to make it look round, but your hard work is starting to show.

thanks for your comment but i don't see much difference on near or far, forearm is same from near or far. I am reposting a new pic showing different pics. this pics has been taken with a cell phone, the other i did use a nikon wich I don't have it anymore., this one were taken by my daughther so, i was more focused on posing because I had more than 15 sec. to take the pic. this is not always the case. I think forearm could be better, but is getting there.
