Keep hitting the gym as usual - incorporate cardio and make sure that the diet is in check. Judging by the pics - you do not have a problem with fat.

I've lost some muscle, but not as much as I thought that I'd lose. I went from 180 to 170 over the past two months, and surprisingly, I've lost more fat/water than muscle. I basically lifted 2x/week while doing cardio 5x/week for 45 minutes. I think that intense cardio is key to losing the fat, as my weight loss accelerated without decreasing my lifts. Actually my bench press went down about 30 lbs. but I injured my left arm so that could be the factor.

your 45 min 5x a week is a lot of cardio and you may have lost more muscle than you realize but yes that kinda cardio is the key to your fat loss. Unfortunately its also gonna take muslce no matter what which is why most powerlifters and bodybuilders stay away from cardio.

In response to the first post just hit the gym, diet properly and the fat will melt while the muscle will build. If you don't like how fast the results are then just amp up the workouts little by little till you see the results you want! Good-luck!
