Today I woke up at 203lbs after a 3 minute piss.
By June 5th I must have a steady average weight of 201lbs or lighter
By June 12th I must have a steady average weight of 199lbs or lighter
By June 19th I must have a steady average weight of 197lbs or lighter
By June 26th I must have a steady average weight of 195lbs or lighter
By July 3rd I must have a steady average weight of 193lbs or lighter
For any of my visitors, how do you suggest I burn off 1500 calories of body fat a day?
Really need the help there.
Edit---- Yes, I have a blonde mowhawk, These are my new "Start" Pictures.

Do not try and do a 1.5k defecit a day....that's just dumb, you'll lose all that awesome muscle man....can't you just take it a little slower? You'll get ripped to shreds and have more fun doing it, and keep much more muscle.

I hate to admit but once again I have come across a revelation. (if thats the right word to use?)
I just realized how much I have analyzed things my whole life, it's the only reason I care so much about how I look, it's the only reason that I don't think I'm good enough for the girls I go for, and that's just one example.
If I'm going to lose weight and enjoy life at the same time, I have to just go with the flow and at the same time work hard for the things I want. I can't change my life to focus on what I want. I need to live, and diet on the side.
On a higher note...
What I realized is that it's not my looks that keep me from getting out and enjoying myself, it's my conscience... or... my self confidence, they both equally come in to play in different situations.
One thing that is important in dieting, for me at least, is that I can life my life exactly the way I want to, without analyzing every detail of it.
I know this is a lot of babble to the intelligent mind but I'm just trying to get it all out and make sense.
Tonight I realized that I live in a field of tulips, bordered off by a gate, and outside of the gate there are more tulips, and beyond those tulips are roses...
Both the tulips and the roses are both equally a part of my life, they are both representing happiness, both are what I know of but only the tulips I have smelt, I am yet to smell the roses.
... The gate represents my self confidence... it keeps me away from all that's out there.
I need to either expand that gate all the way out the to roses or knock it down completely.
I'm glad I have a place to type all this out and I hope someone out there understand where I'm coming from.

I'm interested to have someone read that, even if they don't understand what I'm trying to say.

I gave in a weighed myself earlier, I was at 200. I'm going to wait until thursday to update my weight and make it official so basically I have to either try to stay at 200 or keep up the work and lose a few more pounds.
I'll update every once in a while.

I turned 16 on the 24th and since then my weight has been surprising me...
I was all the way down to 193 today and that completely blind-sided me... I'm not even trying to lose weight!
I'll take some pictures later to see if i've made any noticeable progress

here I am again, just coming through to say that my weight has continued to stay at or around 195. This morning I felt great, it was one of those mornings that even though you know your fat/chubby... you felt like you were ripped.
Anyway, I weighed myself to find that I was still down around 195. (This amazes me... I haven't been under 197 since keto and before keto it was at least 2 or 3 years, now I'm down to 193-196 by eating normal.
The best thing about it is i'm able to diet normally, I can even eat double my maintenance now and still stay down. Which leads me to thinking that the key to every diet is being as active as you possibly can. That way, you can eat what ever you want and even if you down burn off as many calories as you ate, your metabolism is still rising for the next day.
Anyway, here are a few pictures, I don't see ripped abs or anything but I honestly feel like I'm getting a LOT closer than I was 6 months ago.
Thanks for stopping through again.

Nearly 3 months have passed since those pictures and my weight has been as high as 213lbs, I've packed on quite a bit of muscle but unfortunately, some more fat as well
It's no biggie because I am officially, once again, a keto dieter and I'm experiencing 90% less carb craving this time around.
Who knows... this could be the one! (If you know me.. you know I always "commit myself to 'this final diet!'")
But I wont be logging this one, I will visit whenever I see/feel some big improvements.
(Every post after this will contain a picture, gain or loss)
