how to get around PMS??
Mood change, thoughts of suicide, personality change, swelling, weight gain, "feel fat", want to eat junk food, the list goes on. PMS always come and stump over everything I tried so hard to build up...I want to know how other women do it. How do you deal with it to stick with your program and be able to still make progress while going through PMS and period.
I always feel there's two weeks on, two weeks off with me...two weeks I would do great, and two week I feel like crap and everything falls apart. Next month, repeat. I am sick of this cycle, could someone help me please?

PMS is caused by not respecting your man. It is a direct punishment from god for disobeying his will for you to serve your man. If you fix this it will go away.

The prescription is making sammiches, doing dishes, laundry and daily BJ's not lazy ones either but the good ones that take a while.(see Nori for a reference on technique.)

What does your diet look like? Sometimes what you are eating can really affect your cycle/moods, etc. I'd say if you are eating clean, taking a good multi and have cut back on caffeine and still feel bad you might want to check in with your doctor.
Are you on BC pills? Sometimes this helps too.

To the OP, diet definitely affects PMS, and there are natural supps you can take if you don't want to get on BC. Evening primrose woks for me.

OK, seriously, try taking over the counter PMS medication. When I was on bc pills I HAD to take them or I'd bitch like hell. Premsin PMS (sp?) and Midol both helped with this greatly!!! Good luck!!!

WHOA! Am I the only one to see this?
NOT a normal PMS symptom. Definitely see a doctor if this is happening.
More heavy meds than Midol for this IMO.

2 weeks on then off is not PMS its a problem. seek medical help and disregard all these fools here (which regardless of what's wrong with you is always good policy  )

I always notice a difference in how hard PMS hits between eating good & bad. Also took BC pills for a month to combat cysts on my ovaries and just had the worse mood swings. Sorry to see so much weird posts on this thread, but seriously hope your symptoms have gotten better.
Also look into Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder at http://pmdd.factsforhealth.org

PMS is no excuse for suicidal thoughts and 2 weeks on 2 weeks off sounds more like depression than anything else.
PMS is NOT a state of existing, its a state of mind, and while i do recognize MILD changes...i don't buy most of the PMS stuff...
