No. Sugary drinks are probably the biggest "DO NOT CONSUME" food out there, in my opinion. Unless it's post work out, just eat some fruit, and drink water instead. Or if you really have to have a sweet drink get something akin to Crystal Light or some lightly sweetened Tea.

Soda < most other juices < V8 V-Fusion <<<<< whole fruits and veggies

It's not horrible, but your missing out on plenty of fibre and nutrients that you'd get from whole fruit (the skins mostly). I'm assuming there's also lots of added sugar and probably sodium. Whole fruits and veggies are also more filling.

Only 70mg of Sodium, and 25 grams of sugar.

Althought 25 grams of sugar is bad, it states no added sugar, 100% juice. So if the sugar came from the juice and was not added, isn't it not as bad (as a real fruit would have it too)

Also, wouldn't you just be able to add some FireSure to it to counteract the insulin response?

I don't have time for fruits and don't like many, but like V8 and V8 Fusion. I understand they are no where near as good as the real thing, but I'm trying to figure out if they are worth drinking, or if they do more harm then good.
