Will i really lose anything by stopping creatine?
I'm tight on money at the moment and I want what I have to be spent on food and other essentials.
Now I haven't been off creatine in one form or the other (Mono, CEE...what have you) since I started lifting which was about a year or two ago.
Am I to expect drastic decreases in strength and endurance as people are making it out to be or will I be fine without it?

You'll lose water weight and thats about it. You might lose a bit of strength but nothing much.
Could you spare $15 for 200 days worth?

Yeah, I'm a non-responder to mono. Otherwise I'd gladly use it as it's very cheap. The thing is I know i won't be stopping forever, just for around a month to get my finances in order.
I'm just looking for a prediction of what I can expect in that month as I'm sure somebody else around here must've been in the same situation where for some reason they had to stop creatine use for a small amount of time.

It may be good for you to take a bit of time off of it anyway to get your own CP stores back up to normal. You will lose slight strength, a bit of water as well.

Don't worry. You'll just lose the extra water the creatine made your muscles hold within. It might even prove a good decision, cause when you go on again it will give you a noticable strenght-boost...

No. There is nothing DRASTIC about the benefits of supplemental creatine.

No problem. . . If you had One question, you probably had More And you probably found some info in that thread you didn't even know you were looking for, huh?

Thats fine man, but I thought that I would just add that you can find CEE on here for $20 also. About 200 servings or 400 for $36...
Im currently taking it, and its good.
