Gawd I hate publishing to youtube but had no choice on this, photobucket was screwy tonight. I can hear the critics now judging me.....oh and the ***s (they write gay stuff, I belive Ron has this prob too)
One thing I do like about youtube is I can chose my own music whereas photobucket I can't, need to find another site where I can make vids with my own music and don't have to have the entire world see.....anyone with a suggestion?

Sorry I've been away from the boards, I was in San Diego for a few days working on my Pro PTA. Cert.
I've been building mass since I ripped down on St. Patty's Day. The iron is addictive, is it not ladies & gentlemen? Who here doesn't walk a little taller after racking a 315 bench or pulling over 400 for working sets?
But now, I guess for the sake for this comp, it's time for me to diet, run, tan... you all know the score.
Took some pics this morning, I'll have all my updates done by this evening.

Everything is updated...measurements for some reason didn't improve all that much. Might be a flaw in how I'm doing it (considering I do it myself with that free myotape from bb.com), but the pics seem a little better. Hopefully my improvements will become more and more exaggerated as I cut down.
Oh yeah I forgot to post updates here. Diet and training going well, looking forward to stepping it up a notch. Weight is down to 203lbs (but appear much bigger that seems to happen sometimes when cutting....its all an illusion)
Suprisingly I haven't lost any strength yet, hopefully this continues. I pulled 405 last week at this bodyweight I want to see if I can pull it more times or more weight this week.
I'm considering incorporating more triple drop sets and supersets along with my current cardio regime to further deplete.
stay tuned for after this contest where you'll be able to follow along with me to a few restaurants to binge I will call them the victory meals also I will be revealing mystery woman to all who follow my thread

Nothing spectacular has happened to me, I think I gained some fat and lost some muscle. My Lifts seems to be.. Stable. Can now do full sets of cleans without any problems apart from trying to flick it to early
Same here...after this contest, I'm taking a week off from the gym, going on vacation, and enjoying a lot of good food!
Just One Week? Post Re-comp I plan on two weeks in Puerto Vallarta and then touring Eastern Europe later summer to try to ge the secrets of the old Eastern Bloc, which produces the most powerful athletes in the world.

Just One Week? Post Re-comp I plan on two weeks in Puerto Vallarta and then touring Eastern Europe later summer to try to ge the secrets of the old Eastern Bloc, which produces the most powerful athletes in the world.

My plans: Hotness forever and something to do with bikinis. I have the feeling I'm going to go on a bikini shopping binge! Probably after this month, actually. I need new clothes already, but it would be a huge waste of money to get them now when I plan on losing so much weight this month!
P.S. We should have a reunion, too, since we're all such good buddies :P If not in RL, at least on the boards.

You might have to adjust the weight/reps for Antarctica... but you can bring me along for the other 6 continents...I'll even have a purpose: taking the pics for proof!

Example: I bring a shake to work, someone asks what it is and I tell them. They say that too much protein can harm your kidneys/liver/whatever bs they 'read.'

Its all HYPE, I did a research paper on this very issue! Let me find it and PM you. It debunks all the protein myths.
