Yeah offseasoni eat alot of food from 5000 to 7000kcal a day!
I eat alot of rice and oats and fruits for my carbs!
Protein i take the most from protein drinks thats better for my stomache than animal protein!
And i eat every time a year little fat i hat to eat fat!
