Did 1st pin of week 3 yesterday. I've been sick with a throat infection and couldn't work out yesterday. Went to the gym today and felt good and my weight was suprisingly up another 5 lbs.
So, almost half-way through week 3 and I'm already up 10 lbs. Felt strong today on everything!!!

I'll measure every two weeks. This is my first cycle and I wanna track my gains and I'm sure all the readers that are thinking about doing their first cycle would like to see what kinda gains are expected. My weight is up about 5 lbs. I weigh 162 today. That's not much weight but I'm only 5'5 so consider this before bashing.

Start of week 5 today. Injection went smooth. No more weight gain so far but I can definitely tell my body shape is changing. I've always been pretty proportional because I lift heavy on everything, but my muscles are getting more hard and defined looking, a little more vascular.
Strength feels great. I deadlifted 445 for 3 after doing 425 for 3, squatted 285 for sets of 10 and also did 8 reps with SEMPER BIG's g/f (a lot harder than it sounds. An update on my measurements:
Quad 23 1/4"
Calf 14 1/4"
Chest 42 1/4"
Bicep 15 1/4"

Awesome progress mate! Are you maxing out your calories (all-out bulk) or increasing them slowly over the course of the cycle?

Just slowly increasing them. So far, I've just tried to eat good but clean just to see how my body was going to react. I don't look bloated and I haven't put on any fat so I'm going to increase my calorie intake by 1500 calories/day and see how that goes the next 4 weeks, until I start the winn. I just want to put on good weight. I'm not too big on the all-out bulking, especially during the summer time.

1500 kcal/day!! Wish I could do that, I'd be rolling in fat though if I increased my calories that fast.
AAS must make the bulking process much more lenient.

well the only thing i'm really changing is i've added muscle juice, which is a weight gainer, before bed. and eating a little more for each snack. we'll see what happens....

End of week 5 and now I can really feel the strength gains coming on. Couldn't imagine if I was stacking. That will be later though. I think not getting enough sleep may be holding back my size gains a little bit. Been hooking up with this new girl I met and haven't gone to bed before 1:00 at all this week. I'm going to change that starting tonight. Got 4 more weeks before I start the winstrol. Stay tuned......

I like that advice man! I've been doing a lot better. Met another girl this weekend that I actually like so I'm gonna try and hold off on anything sexual with her cause I actually like her. The other one can still be around as a screw buddy. Feeling good so far this week.....

Weighed 171 today, highest ever. The munchies are really hitting me. I'm going to follow the advice of an experienced user and increase my calories a little bit more. I'm going to add more protein to each meal and snack. He thinks this will help me put on a little more weight and lean me out a little at the same time. I got rid of the winstrol, so this is just gonna be a test only cycle. Got weeks 8-10 starting next week and then weeks 11-12 I should still be feeling it. This stuff will work wonders if you eat and train right, that's for sure.

You know whats funny is i bet 100 dollars that sember bigs g/f could prob bench more than you WHILE on tha juice... watch your mouth mini me
besides that good progress it seems like your doing well... just make sure your more consistent with your rest and eating habits and as for the bashing a perfect example was
when you stated you squat 400 plus or something like that then went back to say your working out with 200 something for ten reps come on man i squat around 525 for one rep and i do 22-25 deep reps with 315 and STILL have a hard ass time getting that weight up.... get your **** together once again good luck

Just an update, I kinda quit posting my progress because of all the haters. I've been off cycle now for about 8 weeks. I didn't use nolva for PCT. It was just too expensive so I used some over the counter stuff.
I bought Epistane and ATD. I started using both supplements exactly 2 weeks after my last injection. I took 3 pills of Epistane a day for the first week and used 5 squirts of Topical ATD every night for a week and a half. I continued the Epistane, but cut back to 2 pills a day. So far, I haven't felt any drop off in strength. In fact, I've actually gotten stronger since my cycle ended. My hunger has decreased but my weight really hasn't. I'm staying right at 168 almost every day. So I've lost only about 3-5 lbs. and I'm assuming that was water weight.
Cliffs
- Been off cycle for about 8 weeks
- Used Epistane and ATD for PCT
- Haven't lost any strength
- Only lost a few pounds
Overall, I was pleased. My nipples were kinda puffy to start with and got a little worse during cycle. Now they're back to previous level, but it's still annoying. They're only like that when my nipples aren't hard. When they harden, they look normal so I'm not sure what I should do. I put on 12-15 lbs. and have been able to keep it on. I'm going to keep training without juice for a while, but I plan on hitting it hard again in December. I've bought another bottle of test and probably will buy a bottle of Tren and hold onto it until December. Thanks for reading.
By the way, I really wasn't lying about my numbers on the squat, bench, and deadlift. I don't care what you think......

Do you know what epistane is? Do you know why your strength increased in pct? You don't do you?

Actually, a lot of people use ATD for their PCT. Do some reading on it. It's pretty effective. All of us here use it. It's dirt cheap ($15) and works good.

yeah but you used another steroid (epistane) for PCT and that's not smart...
that happens when you believe the stupid company claims like in this case they claim that epistane it's good for gynecomastia... sad. get nolva or toremifene citrate

yeah im definitely going to get some nolva before the next one, but the topical ATD seemed to do a good job. im probably going to do a test/deca or test/tren next but it will be a while

i've been off cycle since the first of june and still feel strong. i hit a fairly easy 385 bench last night. this is the heaviest i've gone in a while due to elbow problems.
