Best Fat Loss Supplement??

At your age make sure your diet and cardio program is sound , if that is the case I like Man's "Scorch" , but to be honest I would hold off for now

Thanks Guys
thank you guys very much for the help. yes my diet is top notch, and my cardio was superb a while ago, running 4 to 8 miles every single day for almost a year, latelys been hard, i really do wana get back into cardio like i used to be, but that doesnt mean ill be back down to 6 or 7 percent bodyfat lol, im still thankful for my metabolism

Forget the short cuts.
Get into the gym & get out of your comfort zone. Get that burn going during both resistance & Interval cardio workouts. The more lactic acid you produce the more GH you secrete. GH is much better than all those so called "Fat Burners". ( They do work to some degree though. Usually give you that little kick to work harder)

thanks guys i agree there are very many different things you can do besides just fat loss pills to burn the fat, im just trying to be well informed about all aspects, and agree that there are many tricks to do it but a supp can help your energy as far as just getting in the gym in the first place, ive been dragging ass a lot lately and im trying to get out of the slump lol. so thanks for the help i appreciate it.

I bought MAN Scorch bc of all the great reviews I heard about it but I had to stop taking it after a few times bc of a really bad nauseated feeling I would get an hour or two after taking it....almost like i had to throw up.....
It seems to have all of the staple ingredients as other fat burners (caffiene, green tea extract, etc....) so idk whats causing it....
Right now im stickin to Hydroxycut Hardcore....

did you try changing the spacing of the dosing (e.g., taking a smaller number of caps more frequently throughout the day) or taking it closer to a meal? Some people are effected like that and these are a few ways to avoid the feelings.
