You could drop those lbs easy man. just hit the gym hard....if you go 4-5 days a week for 6 months you will be surprised how far you go. Good luck man!

You do look fat, but you also look like you could turn your body into some serious muscle. You have the right frame to getting pretty big.

you'd be better off starting now instead of waiting until you gain 20 more lbs. it's way harder to take it off than it is to gain it. start while you don't look so bad and you'll have a short road to weight loss

Hey Flores. I am in a similar situation as you. My wife is super hot and I'm not. I have a similar body type as you but only shorter (5'9) and weight 195lbs. I decided that it's time to make a change so here I am. Good luck with your goal.

To be honest, not really. I've seen much worse. It could easily be worse. It would be better if you lose some bodyfat though. Abdominal fat isn't particularly healthy. So there's personal reasons for you to lose it. I'm sure you wife would appreciate a stunning body too. That'd be a bonus for her.

You are without a doubt quite overweight, but not dramatically so. I have seen people in much worse shape become fit and much slimmer over the period of a year. If you really dedicate yourself to losing weight, I think you'll see good results in no time at all.

You're about the same as I was when I started, but I'm and inch shorter. Just dedicate yourself to a good diet and solid workout plan and you'll look and feel better in no time. Please calm down with the !!'s
