Bill stars and Sprinting
To those of you doing Bill Stars madocw 5 x 5 where you puttin gyour sprinting in? For me if im squatting 3 times a week it doesn't really leave any time for your legs to recover if you sprint on top of that or does it?
How much is too much for your legs?

Really sorry to hear that.
It is easier said than done, but keep your head up and keep moving forward. Rugby provides alot of opportunities, just because this door was closed, another will open. Save up some money and come out to Australia for a season. Can hook you up Work, party and play a higher level of rugby then go back and take some names.

Yeah for some reason he is an assistant coach. Considering he was a good head coach before he went to Scotland, doesn't make sense. The team he's with won 2 years ago and made semis last year, so massive drop.

Ouch!!
Hi guys i need some advice on rehab training.
I made a misstake during a scrum att a game last sunday, with a broken rib as resault. My doctor says i can expect at leas a mounth before i can do eny contact training whatsoever. What i wold want to know is what the hell can i do during this time. I figured i will be hitting the exersycle hard for a couple of weeks. Can enyone recommend exercises i can do (both gym and onfield) to sustain my training level and weight?
I guess this will be a good oppurtunety to work on my endurace buth its crap that i will miss most of the summer season.

After having told my story symptoms and after palpatation my doctor decided a x-ray was unnecessary. She assumed its a minor trauma att ither the 5,6,our 7th rib (the last thre that are connected to the sternum.
The trauma is just to the left of the sternum, if it hadent been at teh cartilagus part it might have been much whorse.
She partley suspected that it might just have been a manipulation. Wich was a very stupid thing to say because thursday morgning i was in so litthe pain i thought i wold be ok. After trying to carry a box dont to the basement i was bed ridden for the rest of the day with wiolent musle spasems and cramps all down my left side, LISTEN to your doctor!
The pain has subsided to that low numb lightley throbbing kind that you can at least live with. Do you think i cold hit the sycle tomorrow, i REALLY suck att being a patient i want to train damnit!

I'm pretty sure he coached premier grade (gps club) to a premiership. But I may be mistaken.

What a great game between tolouse and munster, that is easily the best game I have watched all year...
Heymans counter attack was superb and I think munster loose forwards really played out of their boots...
WELL PLAYED MUNSTER!!!

Hey all ruggers! Just found this thread. Our side took first place in all of New England this year for our division. Pretty pumped about that. 7 of our starting players (including me) got invited to try out for regional teams. Pretty successfull season I'd have to say. Haha. How was everyone elses seasons?

what do you think of the Fabien Pelous sending off?
Havnt seen acting from a rugby player like that in a long time from Alan Quinlan.

That was ridiculous
He hit him with the side of his boot for goodness sake Quinlan would have barely even felt that
