Episode #52_Hardcore Workout
This episode was outstanding. Nicely done Milos and gang (and Chapman Media Group)...I think a lot of people would never permit themselves to be video-recorded in such a manner. It's an awesome inside look at how far some people will push themselves and it carries a great sense of physical/mental reality that none of the other fit-show episodes have achieved.
I think OMG has a valid point however. This type of training, even when executed by seasoned professionals, would seem to increase the potential for injury, especially a couple of the shoulder exercise movements.
Milos:
How often do you engage in this type of training?
When you do is it part of some type of larger/extended cycle? If so, can you provide details?
How long does it take you to recover from one of these sessions?
To what extent do these types of training sessions contribute to muscular growth, in your opinion?
Have you suffered more injuries during these training sessions as opposed to less intense sessions?
Last, who's the sorry bastard who has to clean up the puke outside? Make sure they use chlorine bleach...
Your daughter is a cutie and appears to have a bright personality, congratulations. That face she made was hilarious.

TO THE FIT SHOW AND BB.COM
Guys, you are absolutely amazing and you are doing so much for the bodybuilding community. I would really like to see (if you haven't already) a pro talk about stretching and all its different forms. What you should do for pre, (during), and post. Thanks.

I was watching the 6/2/06(I believe thats the right date) Fit Show with Bob Cicherillo show them filming his dvd and it had the Barbarian Brothers and Hulk Hogan. My question is were the Barbarian Brothers ever back on as mentioned in this episode? If so withch one is it. I'm asking because I didn't see them mentioned in any of the later show descriptions. Thanks for any help.
Just thought I would add I love the Fit Show and BB.com. I've learned a lot from vids on here and ever became a fan of Bob's and Jerome Ferguson because of them on some of the videos.

I've been watching since the beginning and what an awesome show. Some episodes are "iffy" but I can't complain too loud. Who else has this sort of content for free? Its informative and entertaining.
I haven't even finished episode 53 and my opinion of Gustavo Badell has increased exponentially. The story of his brother in law was nice to hear.
Thank-you

Tom Prince Interview
I had been thinking about Tom Prince, and hadn't heard or read anything about him since his retirement from competition. I did a search on his name, and found him at Bodybuilding.Com. Thank you for this interview. Tom was always very kind to me. We trained at the same gym in Boynton Beach, Florida. I can't recall one moment where his disposition was "moody". He greeted with a smile, took time with people, and was obviously very intelligent. His massive, chisled body and intelligence did not match. I regret that Tom was denied the opportunity to manifest the awesome bodybuilder that he was shaping and forming. This guy was ahead of his time, and could have stood with the modern day giants of the Olympia. Tom was always pleasant, and a valiant iron warrior. I surely hope that you will have further interviews with him just to tap into his brain and braun. Please, tell "The Prince" Eric says, "Keep on keeping on"!

How do I sign up for the "new show emailer" for the fit show? I tried to subscribe to the "new show updates emailer" but it said it was no longer available.

Well done BB.com for the War of the Worlds series
I know i'm late on this but i've only discovered these shows a few weeks ago. Seeing this series actually helped to see the kind of preparation that goes into being ready to compete, and showed the kind of progress you can make in just a few weeks.
Hats off also to Bob Cicerello for giving us a glimpse into the life of a pro bodybuilder, and showing what a down to earth guy he is.
Big up to CMG, BB.com, Tony Prince, and everyone involved in the making of that show, and not forgetting, the main man Bob himself!
Peace

This is pretty neat, it is the first time I have ever seen Muscle Beach. I just wish there was a thread for replying to the Milos Sarcev episode preceding this one on this forum too. Or... it seems like there is a thread collectively for discussing all 3 of the episodes! So I will!
I really enjoyed Sarcev's video. It was great and he said a lot of sensible things, and I liked his calm and collected demeanour in discussing it. I want to see more.
The only thing giving pause is he talks about the inner/outer chest thing. From how he describes it, having the arms apart works outer, having them stressed together works inner. This is generally how I have heard it in association with this concept.
I am guessing he bases this on his assessment of his experiences. It is definately an interesting idea. Usually I throw it out as superstition, but he seems to be pretty on the spot with other things so I guess that is why I want to know why he thinks inner/outer as maybe he understands a concept I do not.

Milos Teh Fit Show
The fit show is great, milos is a mecca of knowledge himself. I suggest there to be an episode with milos just discussing gaining muscle mass in general, would like to hear how Milos specifically may deal with an ectomorph. Marcello is also good, good definition, etc.
