weight gainer for me?
Hey fellow builders; I bike 6 miles a day to class here in sweltering florida. I cook my meals the day before and stuff them in the little space left in my backpack.
I kept track of my calories, carbs and protein for a week. On average i get about 2100cal. a day. I try to eat every 2-3 hours with pasta, rice, chicken ect. I hear a lot that i should eat more, well i can't cram any more down my throat.
I've been looking at gainers out there. I live next to a Vitamin shoppe and their
"Tech X Mass" is almost the same as cytogainer. Has anyone tried this?
Does anyone have tips for quick calorie dense meals that are somewhat cheap? (dream food i know)
I dont think a steady diet of cheeseburgers is the best for me......
