The article is to give you the tools to create your own program, it is impossible to create a general program without knowing your exact goals. All the tips in the article can be used to create a strength increasing program or a bulking program.
If all you are interested in is strength then you need to keep the reps to 6 and under!!!!
The rotator cuff exercises are always ment to be done with light weight and medium reps (12)
