I'll be 30 in a couple years and I already feel like I wasted my 20s. And the teens. But in queer years, I'm only 22, so I've got time.

If you in 30s and are thinking that you wasted your 20s, then you are also wasting your 30s.

Not 30 yet, but I wasted my 20's being married and 3 years being fat. But now I can date young 20 somethings to feel young again. I don't mind getting old.

Not at all.
We all can look back at any age and say we could done more.
Even though I worked like 85 hours a week in my 20's, I promised myself to live life to its fullest for several years so I could one day look back and not regret it. I spent 3 years in Denver, CO working 14 hour days, hitting clubs and bars, meeting different women, then getting just enough sleep to make it to work the next day.
When I look back now several years later, I wasn't crazy or getting to wild, but can say for over several years used every minute I had and lived life to its fullest for my standards.

Heck no, its all been good. Im having a great life, much better than I probably deserve.
My 20s, I started my career, built an awesome house in the country in Kansas, gardened 5 beautiful acres, had lots of fun, raced around in my lil miata, worked hard, had a great private practice, was very content and settled. Married and divorced an artist.
My 30s I moved to NYC,Philly,SanFran, travelled Europe a dozen times, became a hardcore city girl, had lots of fun, had an antiques shop in philly, and owned vintage sports cars. Married and divorced a dot com exec.
My 40s, firmly established in NYC, physically best shape of my life, working on my MBA/JD to start my next career, travelling still, lots of friends, enough money to enjoy the better part of NYC.
Choosing to have no kids has been the best thing for me, although I love kids. Focusing on education is critical, having goals and always looking forward is the real key to happiness, IMO.
I have friends that I see regularly who range in age from 24 to 65. That is important also. I've tried to always get involved in activities that would allow me to meet interesting people. I've been really lucky
