Is there a recommended age requirement to pump, and I know it doesn't need to be cycled, but with the amount of creatine in it, would you recommend I cycle it if I try it? My bro wants to try it he is almost 16 I don't know if I should let him.

You don't have to cycle Pump, it's up to you. I personally do after two cans (60 days). At 19 you're just fine but 16 is too young to take creatine. I would tell him to just train hard, sleep and eat a lot of good food and he should see some real good gains.

I have been on the Pump for a couple of weeks and the gains I have seen in the gym are amazing...was thinking about taking the Jak Pack combo also prior to workouts...is this too much? Any feedback would help before I fork out the cash...

You can do that combo.

The way to time it would be:

Animal Pak - 1 pack per day with any solid, whole food meal (I do breakfast)

Animal Stak - 45 minutes pre workout

Animal Pump - 30 minutes pre workout

Creatine in Animal Pump?

How much creatine is in animal pump?

In addition, if there is, how would it compare to lets say, a Sizeon when it comes to taking creatine?

What do you think about creatine? I think for my lbs should be ok,especially if i take one scoop noxplode!

Animal Pump already has stims in it so basically you could drop NO-Xplode but that's just my opinion.

There are 3 grams of creatine in Pump, which is enough for a full daily dose.

I second this. If you are going to use AP I would skip the NO-Explode for now. Both are Creatine, NO and stim products. I would not stack these together. Stacking them together is just asking for a migrane that will shut down your workout. Completely non-productive. Some could handle it, most could not.

Cell Mass is great stuff. If you would like a similar product that costs way less per serving look at Storm.

If your body tolerates it yes. I actually consume about that much creatine but way more water.

I would cycle the red pill. IT's the stims. If you don't want to get immune to it...

I'm excessive with my water intake. I do 2 gallons minimum every day. Most days more and on hot days and hard work days much more.

Today was my shoulders training session and the first time i tried Ap with noxplode!
Yeah i tried them both 30 minutes before starting my training!Ap and 1 scoop of no-xplode!For 2 weeks was taking only noxplode as post workout and cell mass twice!Sometimes i was feeling very energize while some others not so much!Especially in my shoulders training i was strating geting tired from the first 20 minutes but with highly intensive training trying to make some mass!
So today taking both as i mentioned above i had about 45% more energy, endurance and about 20-25% more strength!I lift the same weight but much more easily! As concern pumps honestly i didnt mentioned any significant difference than noxplode but was my first ever dose of Ap!
Summing up,i could train as hard as i wanted i enjoyed it and got some slight power too!!As concerning pumps i cant say much yet, propably till saturday that i train biceps with triceps i could say more
Sorry for my english guys,i hope i could inform you moreover

So today taking both as i mentioned above i had about 45% more energy, endurance and about 20-25% more strength!I lift the same weight but much more easily! As concern pumps honestly i didnt mentioned any significant difference than noxplode but was my first ever dose of Ap!
Summing up,i could train as hard as i wanted i enjoyed it and got some slight power too!!As concerning pumps i cant say much yet, propably till saturday that i train biceps with triceps i could say more
Sorry for my english guys,i hope i could inform you moreover
Understood every word of it brother. I look forward to hearing more.

Thanks man(Hoomgar) iam glad i have been understood !
It seems that this product will work, as concern energy and focus iam absolutely sure(little better than noxplode) i just want the same results as consern pumps too!I was a bit surprised of the extra power i got i wanted to add some ecdysterone on my programs getting more strenght to lift heavier but i dont want so much to trust pro hormones and if Ap will give me more power on future i think i will not need any ph's!Just wish better result for pumps too!But as i said was my first ever dose of Ap and as i read for better pumps i have to wait one week or so!Summing up,this is how it worked for me my ever first dose of AP!I will try to keep you informed

Not a bad idea... I'm pretty much completely immune to stimulants at this point. Peace, G

Hey all, I have been following this form and the information has been most helpful. After researching for some time I decided to start a stack of Animal Pump and Animal Pak. I am also using Pro Complex for my protein source and Glutamine source. My diet is in place and is consistent. I haven't trained hard for about 5 years so I'm expecting that a lot of weight will come back naturally from consistent lifting again. My goal is to gain 5-10lbs of lean muscle. I am not wanting to bulk up and cut back down, but would rather just stay lean while adding size. I don't mind that this goal may take a considerable amount of time as I don't compete and have no reason to get big quickly. I was wondering if anyone out there has any recommendations on any additional supplements to support these three I will be taking? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks
JJ

I will post pics up soon and start a log.

Sux for sure bro. Just got over that myself. I had to lay off all stims for over a month to get some sensitivity back. I'm naturally resistant to them in the first place so it doesn't take much to burn me back out of them. Yerba Mate is a better way to go than caffeine if you have the time to learn to do it right.

Your stack looks great. Kudos for covering your bases with food and the Pak. You can add some Torrent as a post workout recovery shake. It covers you on all the bases and gives you a nice window of recovery for your appetite to come back before you eat. Also, to lean bulk you may want to consider adding some Animal Nitro. If you are not pushing the cals super hard (to avoid putting on fat) then it is always advisable to up your intake of aminos.

Thanks for the input, I have definitely thought about adding Nitro. Torrent looks great too, but I usually take the Pro Complex post workout to get the glutamine in my system. What about Animal Omega? Would both Nitro and Omega be best or is one more vital than the other?
