Ummm, almost finished update and my F'in mouse decides to wander up to the "X" and shut it down....so frikkin frustrated. I need to bring this laptop in and get it fixed or i may fix it myself if you know what i mean...lol. Anyway, time for another update. My energy levels continue to be sustained for quite sometime between and after doses. I need to point out, however, this isnt the type of energy you get from most other type thermos where you get a quick shot and boom, its done. You dont really get that shot, but rather a long sustained level of constant, smooth energy that you just know is there. I continue to get comments on a daily basis pertaining to lose of weight, body composition, etc. As stated earlier in the log, I started a new workout routine and it has certainly sparked my enthusiasm!!!.
Dose:
Continue to take doses around 5-530am and 5-6pm. This continues to work out much better for me as it helps control late evening hunger. Hey, if it aint broke, don't fix it right?
Mood/Energy:
Mood/energy levels maintaining nicely. Focus still very good. With stuff going on right now, id hate to see how my focus would be w/o this...lol.
Appetite Suppression:
Appetite is still down...amazingly still no problem what so ever getting from meal to meal.
People, if you're looking for a good thermo...just follow my log a bit and im sure you'll be interested in 2Shredded. I have lost a couple more lbs of body weight (down to 211) and seem to have maintained the hard earned mass...in fact, continue to increase weights in the gym! Ok, thats it for now, i will post soon with more. Ok, ill now open the room for questions and discussion.....anyone...anyone. Come on people...i know you've got questions...lets hear'em!

no problem...oh and you shown be happy you have a pool...i could use one of those during rehab on my knee...running down a beat down street is no fun when you are scared of stepping in a low spot

Ok, gotta wrap this up before my comp F's it up again. Hey, since im doing such a great job on this log...you guys wanna get me a new comp so i can even dop better.....lol!!! I've had to rewrite so many of these damn thins its not funny. This laptop is killing me. Anyway, back to report. This is a general idea of my intake. I swap out a few things such as Turkey, Tuna, etc.
This breaks down to approximately: 3250 total Calories 1320 Calories from Protein (330 g)(40%) 1120 Calories from Carbs (280 g)(35%) 810 Calories from Fats (90 G)(25%)
Keep in mind i do a lot of walking and am pretty active. Couple that with fairly hot weather....you get the picture. I consume around 2-2 1/2 gallons H2O per day as well. Any questions or comments...please leave them!!!

Seriuosly, i am serious about "our" earlier talk (about sponsors, etc) if anything were to come up. I really like all this hoopla!!!
