Push up Question
When i get ready to do push ups i get in push up form and when i start to do a push up and i go to push my self up it feels like im only usin my arms, i feel alot of tension in my biceps , and it feels the same way when i use push up pros.
Am i doing something wrong, or am i not strong enough for push ups yet?

biceps? thats weird, try altering your hand position, but it is possible your arms are just weaker and you are feeling that more

A pushup should be hitting your chest and tris.

Make sure your elbows are pointing out from your body.

i had this same problem and after changing my elbow positions, i fixed it...
your elbows might be facing outward so try to bring them in closer to your body..also look at your hands might have to bring them closer as well..atleast that's what i was doing wrong.

and your shoulders... (negg'd)
spread your hands apart further....
with a pushup, you can concentrate on several diff. muscle groups (mainly shoulders, chest, tris, and core.....)
cheers.....
