Commentary
Chest, bi, tri shoulder session - smashed it. Again solid increases across the board. Biggest increases were on the hammer machines and also overhead tricep extension, finding it really easy to increase on the hammer machines. Again a crazy pump in my biceps on the preacher curl, tri's felt much tighter than usual and could feel a bit of a pump on the last set of the extensions. Usually only pull up sore in the tri's the day after but could feel a fair pump today. Only complaint is minor pain in the wrists / along my elbow. Kind of felt this on the preacher curl and tricep exercise, should be fine by tommorow.

Weight is up nicely. Lean gains! I had someone compliment me at the gym today, saying they couldn't believe how well I am leaning out & that im doing really well. Received similar comments about 4 days ago from a different gym goer too. Not trying to get a big head here but this stuff does give VISABLE results, and still room to improve with 9 days left. I am doing daily waist measurements to ensure my diet is having the right effect on my physique, BF is definately down. Little do they know I am doing 0 cardio at the moment.

In all honesty, dont do measurements daily as it will start messing with your head. You will have daily fluctuations so its not 100%.

You;d be better off doing it every 3 days or even weekly

Thanks dood. Now that my body is used to 4000-4500 cals per day I might bump to closer to 5000 for the remainder. Also thinking about adding another set to everything

Commentary
Didn't train today. Chest, tris and bis are, for lack of a better word, rorted Feels good, will rest a day and hit legs+back fresh tommorow.

The hormone rollercoaster continues, woke up after 8hr sleep feeling like I could have done with another 2-3 hours. Very irritable all day, sluggish and the boys are hanging really high again. Was ready to eat at least 30 minutes sooner on each meal today so have eaten a bit more, looking at about 4800cals for the day.

Good work bro...how are the wrists and elbow? Chances are...it's your tendons. Muscles are growing and over stressing them. I get this when I run PH's. I, now, never run a cycle with SuperCissus. The stuff works...pick some up if it's still a problem.

Thanks man. Still getting a bit of elbow+wrist pain but only after my chest/tri/shoulder/bicep session. I think all the pressing puts a lot of stress on these joints, throw some tricep+bicep exercises on top of that and its a recepie for destruction!! I don't normally get the pains if I do a 4 day split, but when on cycle I prefer more frequency and longer sessions that hit 3-4 bodyparts.

Not sure why I never got the SuperCissus, I was reading when it first came out that it masked the pain but didnt heal the joint? Need to look into it more thats for sure, could come handy PCT

Commentary

Crazy strength this session. Again very nice increases on everything. Very happy with barbell row and deadlift progress. Close to 1000 pounds on the leg press, had a spotter so went fairly deep on all reps, right knee was sore directly after the set but feels ok now. Again a lower back pump but also felt what I could only describe as a cramp/pump in my left lat on the pulldown. Did not impair my set but it was almost a painful pump.

Sides same as other day. Fairly irritable, lethargic/sluggish today again but nothing that a bit of white flood cant fix prior to the workout! Boys are hanging high, libido fairly supressed again so definately shutdown. Not complaining considering it is day22, also a sign that the supplement is peaking towards the final week.

May try to train tommorow, will wakeup and see how everything feels. Ate a massive 4 course italian meal tonight so energy levels should be high

Didn't train today, trained last night and was not fully recovered for a morning session which was the only time I could go in. Pulled up a lil sore in my quads & forearms.

Appetite was cranking today, woke up REALLY hungry, which was suprising after eating a massive meal last night.

Besides from this not much to update. Went suit shopping today so was measured up. Not many suits would fit me apart from hugo boss & then the waist was out by about 5-6", where the bodybuilders suits at

Commentary
I consider todays session to yield the biggest progressive strength gains I have ever had on ANY ph. Going from 8-12 reps on BB bench and could have pushed another is an achievement I wont forget. The last 8 days I have gone from 205x10 to 210x12. Every exercise I performed, my second to last work set felt REALLY light, so I ended up adding more pounds on almost everything. Incline hammer machine was the biggest increase, putting on another 15 pounds but only losing 3 reps.

I always thought it was pretty lame when people rated sessions 11 or 12/10, but today definately gets a special mention.

Side wise, acne is almost all but gone. Boys are still hanging high which would indicate some level of shutdown however libido is fine. As previously stated for me this has been a fairly emotional compound, I kind of feel 'down' at the moment even though life is going great. Its nothing major but worth noting.

Bodyweight is up however so is my calorie intake, taking in around 5000 per day at the moment. I will continue eating around this level as I have lost some bodyfat up to this point, so even if I add a little now I shouldn't exceed where I was at previously. Being +6 pounds now if I can get to 7 over the next 6 days I will be very happy.

Commentary
Another big session. Strength gains skyrocketing. Was kind of expecting a ridiculous increase on the bent rows like I had on the bench but only got out another +1, still good. Trained with a dood on the juice tonight, never had someone yell at me so much during deadlifts before. Added another 10 pounds and hit the same reps as last week, too easy. PR on tbar row and a solid increase on the lat pulldown.

I would consider current side effects very reasnoble for being 'on' for 26 days. Libido is fine but boys hanging high still. Mild acne. Biggest sides is the emotional rollercoaster but also I have been very lethargic for the last 4 days. I had a 2 hour nap after work last night, slept for 8 hours and was yawning all day today. No biggie, only 4 days to go.

I feel like I could run this stuff for another week or two. I am very in tune with my body, on SD and EPI I just knew the 4 weeks was all my body wanted. I believe you could run this for 6-8 weeks at the highest dosage as long as you had good PCT.

A little sore in the lower back, more than likley due to the tbars. Can feel a fair bit of doms in my lats which is nice.

Besides from this nothing new to report. Sides are pretty consistant with last few days, nothing improved nor worse. Body has adapted to eating the 5000cals and im left feeling hungry if I miss this intake. Need to figure out how any cals to take in during PCT, definately want to be above maintenence but not sure how much exactly

Commentary
Changed workout to full body. I will train every two days with varying exercises. Went well but I thought I was going to puke towards the end - I was trashed! Put up good weights on everything, leg press record and doing some solid benching. My shoulders, elbows and knees were feeling a bit off tonight, almost a dry feeling? Still pushed out the sets and weight but nothing really felt good.

Sides wise acne has flared up a fair bit. Almost a outbreak on my forehead but I can deal with it. I think I have lost even more BF, lifting belt has fitted the best it has in ages One more workout on day30 and then the final review is coming.

Commentary
Changed workout to full body. I will train every two days with varying exercises. Went well but I thought I was going to puke towards the end - I was trashed! Put up good weights on everything, leg press record and doing some solid benching. My shoulders, elbows and knees were feeling a bit off tonight, almost a dry feeling? Still pushed out the sets and weight but nothing really felt good.

Sides wise acne has flared up a fair bit. Almost a outbreak on my forehead but I can deal with it. I think I have lost even more BF, lifting belt has fitted the best it has in ages One more workout on day30 and then the final review is coming.
Hammer calf machine - 15x 90, 15x 135, 15x 145, 15x 145, 15x 145 - 30 seconds rest between sets, machine only goes up to 145 :\

Ha ha, I have been doing a similar move on the leg press but with 250kg. Going back to the hammer machine is like pushing a feather
