bsn is the best supp. company out there, hands down!!!! your supposed to take no-explode no sooner than one hour after you eat or consume a protien shake. As far as all the bull---- about there prducts not having the CEM3 creatine, it's a lie. A rival supp. company filled the lawsuit trying to boost thier sales. To bad the tests they ran on bsn's supp. were not even the right test's. They used a test for CEE (creatine ethyl ester) not for CEM3 (creatine ethyl ester malate). Two completely different creatines!!!! Oh yeah, the company that filled the lawsuit was VPX, to bad thier supps suck royal ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uhhh BSN is "ok", but there is better out there.

A lot of people prefer to supplement creatine on their own.

"Creatinol-O-Phosphate-Malic Acid Interfusion" is just one part of their huge creatine thing....

I've tried a few pre-workout formulas, White Flood versions 1 & 2, Ragnarok versions 1 & 2, NO Shotgun version 1, Superpump 250 version 1, and a sample of Nano Vapor that was included in one of my orders recently. Now, you have to remember, everybody reacts differently to any supplement. White Flood, both versions, has not impressed me. Ragnorok version 1, the black cherry flavor at 1 scoop, was some good stuff. But, version 2 with 2 scoops didn't come close to version 1. Superpump 250 version 1 was decent at 2 scoops, but not cost effective. NO shotgun version 1 at 1 scoop was some good stuff. I just got version 2 at the bogo free deal, but I won't be trying it for a few months. With all that out of the way, I will say that I am highly impressed with Muscletech's Nano Vapor. I got a sample pack that had 3 servings, so I divided it up the best I could into 3 servings. It packs some serious heat to it. I could feel it within 15 minutes, and had some awesome workouts while using it. One thing I like about it is, you don't have to use but 4 ounces of water for a serving. I really don't like filling my belly up with 16 to 24 ounces of water before I workout. I do mix 2 scoops of Purple Wrath with 24 ounces of water and drink it during my workout. After I use up my 2 containers of NO Shotgun, I'm going to get a container of Nano Vapor. Heck, it's about the same price as White Flood, and trust me, you don't need but 1 scoop of this stuff. You get 54 servings for $49. That outta last a while. Just my reactions to these products...
