Great workout!! I've always wondered about the amount of food on my belly before my NO! I train in the morning so I try to get up earlier to eat my oats and egg whites and let them settle before I take it. I always thought itd make me sick...didn't realize it just wouldn't kick in!!!

Hmm not sure about baby doll fit... there are cuts that are "raglan" sleeved which is like a cap sleeve if that helps. They fit kinda big. I got mediums in a more fitted cut and They are kinda loose.
And I know I lift like a freak, the weight your able to push for only weighin one bill amazes me, always has always will.
Refeed foods: Kashi cookies (all natural, good source of fiber... and OH SO YUMMYYYY!!!) chix, turkey, beef, chocolate cosmos (kroger brand cereal) almonds, rice, oats, b-berries, red leaf lettuce, cucs, brocolli {p.s. I got this today too!!!}

Saturday~ ahhh rest
did alot of on-the-go stuff for powerhouse, so lots of incidental exercise! Then had two clients at the office. Saturdays are always 12 hour days.... I am usually beat about 1030! Matt can attest to that....lol....I usually crash and burn...if we ever make plans on sat night, I would need a nap!
We ended up just watchng the pistons play... and kicked booty!!! Matt got offered to go watch the pistons in 4th row seats, but he didnt go, so he could spend time with me I am theeee coolest gf ever... I know how much he likes the pistons and to sit 4th row with some buddies would be an awesome time...hell I would've wanted to go.... I even told him to go and have a good time...and he still wanted to be with me I am theee luckiest gurl ya know

*takes a long deep breath*
~2 and 1/2 weeks ago I have a nasty case of food poisoning from some spinach mix.
~Was out of work and out from working out for 3 days
~The second day of recovering from food poisoning, my roommate tells me she no longer is going to renew our lease, and that she is moving to Iowa for some dude, and that our lease is up June 1st.
~This gave me exactly two weeks
~I believe she is running from someone/something and not moving out there "just" for some dude. She freaked out when her name was going to be on the lease (it was in her ex's name prior)
~Since then I have been searching and looking everywhere for my new home.
~I was offered a position from powerhouse to be their fitness sales coach.
~Taking this position would give me an "x" amount of income that is steady (salary) and then make commision off sales.
~I then would cut some of my hours from my office doing massages
~It would take the pressure off having to see and "X" amount of paying clients per week to pay my bills and bring the focus back to helping people. The pay at my office is good, but not there isnt a garaunteed amount that I will get paid per week, nor is it predictable.
~Steady income would allow me to live by myself (with matt) and not have to rely on friggin rommies.
~So, I took the posotion.
~I am waiting to hear back from an apartment complex about my application.
~In the meantime, my apartment is completely packed. If I get approved at this apartment complex then I can move in ASAP. If I dont then I will have to take my stuff to a storage unit until I can move.
~ALso in the meantime, Matts parents offered to take me and my putty tats in until I find a place. So since Saturday Me and my tats are at Matts parents'.
~They have a kitty too... and my kitties and their cat are not making friends.
~So I have some back up places that I will go with if I "have" to.
~so that is my stuff....while maintaining my training....keeping a grasp on my diet...and working....
but the beat goes on....
