Syntha-6
Anyone have any experience with it? I just picked some up last night. I am going to be taking 3 servings a day. I took one serving (one serving = two scoops) when I got up this morning I will take one more in a couple hours at work, and then one serving 30minutes to an hour before I go to sleep.
Just wanted to know how your results where from this product if you have used it before.

I like it a lot and so does my son (16). We usually have it post workout. The strawberry is very good. We picked up some of their "Lean Dessert", cinnamon roll, and that's good too!

I bought some of the vanilla and absolutely loved it. After taking my first drink I picked the jug up again to make sure I had looked at the ingredients and macros correctly. I usually like to mix my vanilla protein powders with fruit or juice for a post workout shake, but synthra 6 vanilla is great just as it is. Anyway, I found it to be a very good protein powder and will try another flavor next time to see if it is as good.

i love my chocolate syntha-6. it's expensive at my local health store ($37) but i'm about to place an order on bb.com tomorrow for more since it's much cheaper on here and i'm getting low. i've seen good results from it in the past few weeks though. the amazing taste is nice too.

2 words: chocolate mint! (i'm on the mochachino now and don't really like it as much... still a tasty product.)
with 6 scoops a day, though, you're going to be tearing through tubs...
i had a tremendously bad bout of DOMS a little while back and since i've been taking 2 scoops before bed, the soreness has died down dramatically!

It tasted good, really really good. I probably will not buy it again however, I think there are higher quality blends available.
I do wish all protein powders tasted as good.

Syntha 6 is great
I have been using it for a while now and love it.
I had talked to a nutritionist about it and my doctor, and they both agree that this stuff is awesome. The flavor is great and the amount of adsorbed protein is great as well.
You can even use this stuff as a meal replacement if you wanted...
A great combination breakfast with it is wheat toast with fat/carb free spray on butter.
You will see great results with it and I also recommend a few other bsn products as well...
1. NOExplode
2. Cell Mass
3. Cheaters
4. Thermonex as well
Thanks for reading,
Laters Yo
