possibly, i haven't seen enough informative posts to know. (not saying cause they weren't posted, i just haven't read all 74 pages lol). I think we'd all appreciate if u stop saying u dont want people to do this diet though.
maybe give some warning about possible problems but it seems like this diet can make people lose fat very quickly while keeping most of their muscle so people are going to do it, the best thing to do would be to inform them the best way possible

Your opinion is moot because you haven't read all the pages... Up until the last 20 or so pages, I was extremely helpful.

Not sure if that was directed at me but I feel its a legitimate question, and I am trying to get information regarding this diet. I can't attribute this to protein farts cuz Ive been taking protein forever. Any ideas? Do you think my body will adjust to it? More/less of something perhaps?
Appreciate it.

lol no my other comment wasnt directed to u at all. as far as the gas, ur body is not accustomed to what it's eating. most likely u will get used to it unless ur body is having some abnormal reaction to the food

Can you use another thermogenic fat burner other than Hot Rox Extreme? I was thinking Lipo6x. Anyone know any other good ones that'll keep my thyroid from crashing?

Natural selection would have been if you had manned up and gone through with the suicide. However, natural selection was at play when your fiancee broke off the engagement. She did not want you infesting her gene pool.

Jesus christ, can we knock off the childish hate in this thread? Lets stop throwing insults at everyone, and don't act like your big because you can throw insults at someone. I'm sure everyone here has something stupid they've done in the past.
Lets try to keep this thread being helpful as it was.
I'm on day 21, only 2lbs down, but another inch off the stomach/LH area (finally starting to see progress)!

How much do people lose on Velocity?
The guy who wrote the article apparently lost 16 lbs in 28 days, but I've heard of many people who lost like, 2-3 lbs in a single day on Velocity.
Should the liquid diet recipes on Velocity be trustable? It SEEMS like the inventor of it did something wrong.

2-3lbs in a day is going to be water/glycogen weight, unless your like 450+, then you might get your body to drop weight that fast.
People seem to lose is anywhere from 12 to 28lbs, the more they have the more they tend to be able to shed, also somewhat depends on your waterlevels before the diet... I was on a pretty clean/strict/lower (not low) carb diet before starting, and sofar i've lost about 12lbs in 21 days... i'm pretty happy with the results, just still unhappy with my weight

Hm, I was looking at a V-diet log on another forum, and someone dropped from 169 to 160 in a week. Would that just be water/glycogen weight?
Also, I heard that it's bad to do velocity in the teenage years because you need food to grow. Can someone please give me a specific scientific reason why Velocity would stop your growth for that ONE month?

The average seems to be about 15 pounds after the water/glycogen weight returns. I maxed at 18 pounds and stabilized at 15 my first run. 2nd run was shorter(21 days) so I maxed at 13 and I'm down 11 right now(my last transition day is in 2 days).
On day 5 I was down 7 pounds. I saw 14 pounds on the scale on day 16. I was down 18 pounds on day 29. By day 45 I was at 15 pounds. That's where I stayed for 6 weeks until I did it again.
My shakes were 1 scoop ON 100% casein with 2 tablespoons Bob's Mill flax meal and 2 Nature Made fish oil caps. 6 times a day. My first run I added 1 scoop Body Fortess whey and 1 scoop maltodextrin to my post-workout shake. I didn't do that my 2nd run.

i did look massively different, when i put weight on it geos to my belly, chest face and shoulders,
i lost quite a bit in that week from these areas , lost a few inches from my waist etc, which is good,
im back on now so i will see what happens, i was surprised that with the week i had, i didnt put more weight back on, cos in that week i had:
10 oz steat, 20 oz t bone steak, burgers, fry ups, lol you get the picture

I'm on day 10 of the velocity diet and I've been noticing that everytime I brush my teeth I spit out blood. I have never had this problem before. Could it be caused by a vitamin deficiency from this diet?

Im on day 19 and never had that happen. Are you flossing? If not, that means your gums are getting unhealthy and you need to start.

I haven't updated my bodyfat since I started... lmao
I would freak out if that were the case. I'll be taking updated pics and everything tomorrow.
Edit: I did tape measurements and according to them (not very accurate I know but I don't have anyone here to use my calipers) I am at 12.3% bf. So I lost about 20 lbs and 9% bodyfat since the start of this diet . I'll see how much was water weight in the coming days.
