6 pak in 1 month
crap i made a bet that i will get a 6 pak by june 10th and i need to cut like sh*t!
Morning: fruit smoothie with frozen fruits, milk, flax seed, whey and oats blended (i know sick)
lunch:school food
pre workout: mom's dinner
post: cottage cheese (i work out late)
mon:chest
tues:back
wed:legs
thurs:shoulder
fri: arms
sat:abs+cardio
p.s. around 25% bf

ok heres what you do seriously (wrestling)
3 seperate meals a day
each meal includeing drink should fit into a 1 cup measuring cup
no fast food, candybar, soda , exct.
and cardio everyday no excuses
if you actually do this for longer than two days your might start felling dizzy but who cares right you made a bet
if you lose water u will appear more cut

194lbs*.15%bf to drop = 29.1 lbs. Thats a bit more than a pound a day.
1lb of fat = 3500 calories.
You might as well jsut give him the 10$ now and save yourself the problems.
You would have to be doing contest prep type stuff non stop. Not healthy and not easy

Doesn't enjoy being hot... You are going to have to run somewhere for sure.
You wouldn't make weight for a six pack other wise. Takes a bit of discomfort and work.
