Lipo-6 Intake
I've been taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Does anyone take 6 a day?

I'm just doing the two pills two times a day thing. It seems to be working for me so far.

i did 6 after i felt like it wasnt working no more i went to 6, no neg effect. but every one is different

I have been taking the lipo 6 X for the past month. And depending on the day i can take up to 8 but, sometimes it makes me jittery but other than that I would say that it doesnt do much different than taking 4.
