I just wanted to say good luck to all competitors once again. I just finished my own transformation for a show I competed in over the weekend. I started out weighing 218lbs in January and stepped on stage at 190lbs. It was an extremely tight competition, but I managed to squeeze out with a 3rd place finish. It was tough work, but definitely worth it. I see that some of you are really taking this contest seriously and have made some huge changes to your physique. It may be tough sticking to the diet at times, but keep it up!
What was the show?
Congratulations on taking the bronze medal!
Great side chest shot.
That's a (reaches for calcuator) 28-pound weight loss! What were the key components to your success?

Recently, many of you have asked if you can stack naNO Vapor pre-workout with ANABOLIC HALO post-workout. MuscleTech researchers are constantly reviewing research and third-party literature to determine dosing recommendations, as such, yes, naNO Vapor and ANABOLIC HALO can be stacked together when used as directed.
It's good to see so much encouragement in the contest thread! It's an unbelievable feeling when you notice your body rapidly improving due to all the hard work and dedication you put into your diet, training and supplementation. I just completed my first bodybuilding show and it was a great experience. I was trying to finish top three, and just missed out. But nonetheless, my transformation was incredible and I was really happy with my results. I've attached some before and after pictures so you can all see what I was able to accomplish with a lot of hard work. Keep up the awesome transformations everyone!

Thanks for the compliments! The show was a local bodybuilding competition, nothing too high-profile, but very well run and great for a rookie like myself. And, yes it was a 28 lb. loss (10 lbs. being water the day leading into the show). It hasn?t even been a week and I?m already back up to 206 lbs. If there was any one key component to my success, it would have to be the diet. Everyone can train hard, but sticking to a perfect diet takes serious dedication. Chicken breast, egg whites, tuna, sweet potatoes, steamed veggies, and of course a well-thought-out supplement regimen is all I ingested for a good couple months. It gets tiring, but it?s worth it in the end.

Hey I live in Australia and I think this comp is only open to US residents. Does anybody know if there is a site like this for Australians or an International Competition? Cheers.
You are all lucky... due to an unfortunate event, I became ill and was laying in bed for the past four days... But guess what? I havent layed off of any supplements, and I force fed myself to keep the mass up. And I am back in the game!

Is there another way to get it into the system, besides through the nose or mixing it with water?
