1 year progress pics. 155-180
started one year ago at 155. my diet has slowly gotten better but is dialed in now. im just not seeing what i want. i feel most of the weight has gone to my ass. i went from a 33 waist to a 36. squats has increased from almost killing myself doing half sqauts at 135 to doing atg sqauts at 215x5. bench has gone from barely doing 135x8 to 180x3 with room for more. deadlifts i dont feel the most comfortable doing.dont get me wrong, i still do them i just need to tape myself doing them and have someone judge me. i have done 285x5 but im iffy about my form. ive been on the 5x5 routine since january. still improving but because of my results i want to change it up and gain more size in my upper body. lemme know what you think and if you have a suggestion for a new routine lemme know. by the way om about 6feet tall.

i started on a 5day split for 6 months. im sure i was over training so i backed it down and started maddcows 5x5 routine 3 days a week. i know im not progressing and im open to advice. im eating clean 90%of the time. dirty eating consists of hot dogs and normal food on cookouts every once in a while. its not like im binging on sweets. i have ****ty genetics to start with and im gettin really frustrated. all the money, time, energy, and frustration is wearing on me.

I would say check your diet, and look into getting a routine suited for your body type don't just do a random routine that might work for someone else because everyone is different.

I'm sure you're just not lifting hard enough nor eating enough food. There's no special formula with working out.
You lift heavy with good form, and you eat a lot with the correct nutrition, that will typically result in gaining muscle mass.
Recheck your diet, compare it to people that are getting results..from there work on compound exercises:
Squats
Bench Press
Deadlifts
Pull ups
Dips
Etc..
Do those with the correct form and eat your ass off and you are sure to get bigger..=\

I think there's noticable difference. It may not look like it to everybody here because you also look pretty bloated too (not fat but water weight). Try and lose some of the bloating there will probably a much bigger difference.
