if your face is a little puffy, try putting on an ice pack while doing your stomach crunches. you also might want to consider an anti-aging eyebalm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. avoid using aftershave with alcohol because it dries your face out and makes you look older.

Clinique has a product that works great. Cant remember the name, I used to use it before I had my adenoids taken out. No more bags...
