Size V's Strength
ok ok...
basicly me and my friend have the same 1rm on bench...
we have been training about the same time...
but we have completly diffrent methods.
---
A)I goto my 1 rep max evry time I bench
AA)he does many set/reps of heavy-ish weights
A) I barly get any protien
AA) he gets way more then hed ever need
A) Im endomorph
AA) hes mesomorph
---
thing is he says that more reps = more strength & less size
but im pretty sure his arms are "much" bigger then myne, yet he does more reps and has bigger arms at the same strength...
so basicly what im saying... is there any documents on
Size V's Strength/Reps Vs Weight
that can prove im wrong.. because I would rather train for strength then size.
so if im doing it wrong like he says i am, I would like to change to a higher rep/sets method...
but yeah i just want some proof of what hes saying is correct :S

lower reps with heavier weight = strength
higher reps with less weight = more mass

Its all about the reps and sets imo.
I really found that has said above is true but alot of other factors are put into that.
Supplements can help strongly as I just got back on creatine and my god I can bench 20lb more then usually which I don't think creatine should do.
Correct me if im wrong.

it doesnt work for you and the "max" you hit every time is probably nowhere near the max you could achieve if you didnt train like a 7th grader

So... when you bench you do like 3-4 sets of ONE rep? That is retarded.
