That's awesome. All I do is silkscreen for friends in my basement. I like the whole process and having the end product very much.
Vudu: So you should know how crazy the markup of Cafepress is in comparison.
FotL shirts are like $2 a piece wholesale. AA shirts are about $5-8. If you print on it and sell it for $20, your profit margin is so much greater than with cafepress. So why even choose cafepress?

I totally agree.
Were in the process of advertising in other markets, online, overseas, etc.
Cafe was just the easiest to setup initially. The website should be up soon.
But i definitely do not want Cafe to be the main source for products....its just until we get up and runnin....

The business I am (corporate promotins) in we do imprinting, silkscreening, embroidery etc etc for companies ....sometimes it is so hard to buy things retail.....

I see.
Here's the other flaws I see in your setup.
1. The font is papyrus. If I can name the font, it's too common for a shirt. Only common fonts you should use in design are sans serif and serif fonts. Otherwise, pay for more uncommon fonts.
2. In Chinese, that character is pronounced shou(4). The character in itself isn't wrong, but I wouldn't want to be called that. It's rather unflattering and insulting to call someone that.
3. A homonym for it shou (獸) is skinny.

SD is a pretty cool place. Haven't been to the Zoo in who knows how long, but I did make it to Sea World 5-6 yrs ago. Never saw Lego Land, or been to La Jolla or Sunset Cliff.
