This guy in my gym I swear, i'm always like what the **** every time i see him.
I think he goes monday to friday and every day he does the exact same:
Flat bench supersetted with easy bar curls.
Honestly, he has not grown for ages, I don't know why he doesnt think to himself he's doing something wrong.

You're a gym idiot if your bicep workout lasts longer than my back workout (40 minutes) and my cardio (1 hour- cut diet  )
Seriously, this fat guy did like f*ing 5 sets of partial DB curls, where all he did was hold 40 pounds in each hand at the top of the curl, then lower one like maybe 2 inches, and raise it again... AND he managed to do most of the curl with his back!
I just wanted to tell him that DB curls are a different motion than what he uses to eat his Big Macs.

I hate the guy that throws the 40lb DBs "crashing" down after doin a set of 3-4 on flat bench! Hell, if i can get my lil arms to control 95's all the way down to by side after doing my set and sorta "place" them on floor, these idiots should be able to get 40's back down without crashing them into my feet. 
Sorry, but I HATE THAT!
PS...why is it always the day you WOULD use the Smith Machne, so girl is on it doin 10lb sqwats for like an hr????????????????

literally 2 days ago I witnessed a guy doing what he thought were bicep curls but actually were just uncomfortable looking arm movements using the smith machine, its a sight to behold it really is.

theres this big guy at my gym, hes big but not ripped or anything, but he SLIZ AM'S the bar against his chest on bench presses, im like what a idiot. theres this other dude that like 5'2 140 lbs that loads up like 4 45's on each side of the smith machine and does a bad imitation of shoulder shrugs, he jerks the bar up and immediately drops it less than a second later and his shoulders never even move up. And the king idiot of all time i think is when some dude comes in grabs a 45 lb dumbell trys to curl it by dipping down and leaning back bend his knees and raising the dumbell up and then stands up all the way. he doesnt even use his biceps !!!!! me and my brother call it the snake curl, b.c they squirm and wiggle the whole time to lift up a dumbell one time
