Thumbs up laterals maybe.

i've never messaged anyone before but thought i would start today, i guess. anyway, i have problems with my right shoulder (throwing balls, arm wrestling, swinging in general) and what i found that works is doing laterals in the beginning of your shoulder workout. i do 2 sets of 15 lbs, 20 lbs, and 25 lbs. after that i do 1 set of 35 lbs, 40 lbs, 45 lbs, and 50 lbs. i then immediately drop set to 20 lbs and rep that out. it is alot of sets, but your shoulders should be pretty warmed up by the time you hit the presses. i wasn't sure if you were doing laterals for the start of your workout so i thought i would throw that in there. as far as creams, tiger balm i think works pretty good. oh yeah, make sure you do a couple of feel sets before you start going heavy on the presses. well, thats it. sorry i didn't have alot of info on the creams. good luck!

Cable external rotations and face pulls do the job for me.

My friends. My family. I ask of you one final time to gather before me.
Tonight we shall leave this earth as legends. Our only way to never die.
This will be our requiem.
In the company of death we walk side by side.
Cast your differences aside for the lives sacraficed.
I ask one final time to unite.
Earn the right to stand with pride.
We are in the company of death.
