Cocoa Butter. That is the ****. I can thank my mom for this. She used it post pregnancy to get rid of her stretch marks, and I use it on my arms from getting bigger, and my waist from getting smaller.

The best thing you can do is Tan.
It really helps to hide them.

Java Lather is functional soap. It contains micro-milled coffee grounds to exfoliate and cause a dermabrasion effect (micro injury to the skin tissue). The soap is Olive oil, Goat's Milk, and Shea Butter (superior to cocoa butter, IMO) based. It also contains Sesamin extract and Cissus Quadrangularis, to promote healthy re-healing of the skin tissue.
The effects and feedback are quite dramatic.

stretch marks are badges of honor my friend. Everytime you get one, dont reach for that cocoa butter, instead reach for that sleeveless shirt. Show everyone that you know how to eat, you know how to lift and your growing as a result. Who cares if those pussy models think they are gross. tell them to go back to the bowflex or power 90x crap. Stretch marks tell you that your tearing the gym down.

Cocoa butter for sure. I put it on right when I get out of the shower since this is when your pores are most open and fully able to absorb it (this according to my gf lol). I also put it on before bed and the stretch marks have diminished quite a bit.

you ask any real bodybuilder or hardcore power lifter. Not those pussies who model for abercrombie or hollister or any of that bull****. Not those douche bags who only train chest and arms. they will tell you that when you get a stretch mark, you are doing something right. it means YOU'RE GETTING BIGGER AND MORE MUSCULAR. if u dont wanna get bigger, then maybe this isnt the right hobby.

i actually have gotten a lot bigger (according to friends/acquaintances), and i have horrbile strechmarks to prove it. so i agree with you there and yeah it means im doing something right... but i'm not going to prance around braggin about them. i'd like to minimalize them as much as possible. i think the barmon cream works good. i used those on my bicep marks and cocoa butter on my shoulder-pec tie in marks. and the ones on my biceps have faded quicker, but i just keep getting new ones.
i ordered RCP's flawless and the javalather soap... im looking forward to it.

Hey there
Just letting you know what my experience has been so that you can consider it.
I emptied about 50 Vitamin E capsule in my body lotion and i am using that all over my body to prevent further stretch marks.
I am also rubbing the oil from the capsule directly into my stretch marks.
It has been about 3 months and have had great results. The newer marks could barely be seen ( i actually have to pull/stretch my skin to see them) and the older ones are becoming less visible. Apart from which i have had all over improvement on the way my skin looks and feels.
Please note that i am not claiming that they have or will go away. But they are are now less visible.
BTW... i also take vitamin E supplements.

Are they more noticeable on your darker complexion? I have pretty damn light skin (german / irish / ... THEN comes italian / spanish) and I have been gaining some weight pretty fast. I would rather not have stretch marks. I personaly don't think they look good. Sure badges of honor har har, but you know what, seeing myself get bigger is a surefire badge of honor. You gotta prance around with "stripes" to "prove" yourself or what? I lift to get bigger, and to look better. I don't lift because I want to have stretch marks.. Thanks.
