Me at Loaded Cup 2008, working for MuscleInside.com
I was on the spot, reporting on our site http://www.muscleinside.com/, doing interviews and having a blast : )
See the review, pictures and interviews from the event here; http://www.klausriis.com/Loadedcup2008.html
I want to thank all the athletes for showing up this year.
Thanks to team Loaded and MuscleInside for putting the show together and especially a big thanks to the man that made it all possible, namely Stellen Bossen

stay with fitness bro. If you've read undercover bodybuilder on this website, you will understand how damn hard it is to become a professional bodybuilder. You have the perfect body to be a fitness model, DO NOT try and change that. btw, you are a perfect specimen of a human being (no homo) (yes good taste)

The chosen one Klaus *bow :P
Id say go into movies. I miss the old days of Arnold, Stallone, Dolph Lundren, etc. Larger than life action heros.
Now all we get is toby maguire, that *** that played superman, Robert downey jr. I mean come on.
Action movies man, blow some $hit up. lol

My cardio consists either of a 45 minutes low past session on a treadmill or on a stair master, or by doing HIIT interval training on a stationary bike or an elliptical machine for 20 minutes.
As of late i have mostly been doing low intensity state on a stationary bike, because of my knee. Had 'jumpers knee' patelia tendonitis early this year. but its much better now.

agree to disagree.
I have always said health is number one priority and i never said pro level. Basicly i need some results to add to my resume and other papers for getting a green card. I think you a right and doing it naturaly was of course also the plan.
Thank you Crystal, Its great to get feedback from an amazing looking model as yourself, you know the industry and again i truelly appreciate it your feedback : )

for bodybuilding you need to add wider back, thicker body parts and 20-30 lbs of mass, then you can be a force in natural competitions, look up natural olympia

Hehe you mean Mega Mass 4000 from Weider? : ) I used that from i was 14 till up around i was 17. That was my foundation : ) But i have always, only used weightgainers for my post workout shake, if its fat content isnt too high.
I really dont see any point of using weightgainers at other times unless you want to gain fat fast : )

First of, i almost force fed myself lots of clean quality food. That has always been the number one key to gain much without gaining fat. I eat really clean year round. just more or less clean food. Doing more basic and heavy lifts. Timing is also a big factor.
The most important meals are breakfast, before workout, the postworkout shake and post workout meal.
In my gaining phases i always added 5g glutamin, 5g creatin in 25g protein shake pre workout
and 10g glutamin, 5g creatin in 50g protein shake + 30-60g of maltodextrin or dextrose in my postworkout shake.

my current diet plan
my diet plan as requested;
1 cup oats + 1 scoop protein shake
1 cup egg whites + 2 whole eggs cooked + vegetables
2 cups of basmatti rice + 1 can tuna
1 scoop protein + 5g. glutamine + 1 scoop Creavitargo (shake pre-workout)
2 scoop protein + 5g. glutamine + 2 scoops Creavitargo (shake post-workout)
2 cups white rice + 2 chicken breasts
1 cup brown rice + 1 can tuna
1 cup egg whites cooked + 5g. glutamine before bed
regarding fats i use; olive oil, nuts, egg yokes and fishoil capsules throughout the day.
This is based on my weight at 250lbs at the moment, training for strongman, before i diet down again to around 235.
The creavitargo is new for me but its working great. Its a blend of Vitargo and creatin monohydrat.
