EC stack, Ephedrine caf. stack. but if you dont wanna bother with that.. then go with hot-rox or thermogenix 2. both have given me noticably more energy and give that little extra push u mite be looking for. otherwise.. there are always eletric turkey saws that can solve your problem Reaaaalllll fast

It is true.. you give great help.. and cuttin is much harder than bulking in terms of proper diets and variables that go in there. Speaking of bulking.. i think your guide to it should be a sticky in nutrition or something. People just underestimate what protein and oats can do for you.

The irony is that noobs don't read the stickies, and they don't search. So that leaves forum veterans to do the best we can to spread the word.

First of all, your diet and cardio will determine your fat loss. If those two aren't down, then no supplement will help you.
As for supplements, these are my recommendations:
iSatori MXLS-7
DS Adrenalean
I thought Lipo6 was decent too.

Without knowing this I'd suggest..
Lean Xtreme + Napalm = bye bye belly fat.
Add in a stim of your choice to that if you like.

well its mostly in the diet and exercise, but try cytolean stacked with thyrotabs. there is a specific way you should ramp up with the thyrotabs though, google it.

I know I shouldn't resort to a pill but are there any good ones recommended for a woman who's trying to eliminate that lil bulge in the lower belly as well?

I agree we need PU's info for accurate answers as you may not need a product at all.

Well since I know nothing about the user assuming is 18 and over, diet in check and routine inline you may look at Shred-XS (mild stim), Shred-XS Hardcore (strong stim). These products are one of the few or possibly the only fat burners that have ample andrenal support so you don't "burn out". Like I said though these products or others won't do dick unless your diet/training is in check.

I just started using Lipo6 and now using lipo6x and I'm loving it! Great energy without the jitters and it is definitely helping me burn fat, altho you really must have a strict diet and training routine, but from the sounds of it you do...so I suggest lipo6!

I've tried a few fat loss products and some of them worked for me:
Avant Labs - sesathin (Good, made me kinda sleepy)
Designer Supps - Melting Point (good results)
USplab's Recreate - currently using (so far so good after a week)
Lean System 7 - Did nothing
Mind you all of these except Recreate are non stims, even Recreate isn't much of a stim.
