Animal Flex was designed specifically for serious lifters and competitive bodybuilders, so it's potent. I'm guessing not everyone would need something this strong. It's also a stand alone joint product, awarded BB.com's "Joint Supplement of the Year". It's also the best selling joint supplement. Use it only if you have a need.

Only from GNC but i have no reason at all to complain about Mega Men Sport as a multi-vitamin. Considerably better than the standard mega men multi vit. Easily acessible as well (if you are in the states on canada - us brits are about a decade behind in accesibility to supplements)

I go with Mega Men Sport as well, but only because most cheap knock-off multi-vitamins make me nauseous.

if this is happening you should try to space your portions out more. the yellow neon yellow tint in your piss means that you are pissing out a good amount of the vitamins. if you space your portions out more, your body will be able to absorb more of the multi at a givin time.

Most people should only take one pak per day so it is 11 pills.

I recommend Animal Pak as well. I don't have that many posts because I'm just starting out getting involved but I usually use GNC Sport when I'm just doing regular training but whenever I take it up a notch or want an boost I take Animal Pak.

The ginseng plus some of the other performance optimzers like Inosine, PAK. It's hard to pin point it to one ingredient when there are so many in the product.

There isnt THAT many ingredients that ya shouldnt be able to know what does what.
Also, I just saw that Don Quai is listed under "other ingredients". Wtf is that all about? Thats normally found in womens multi's.....I believe to help with PMS and/or menopause. I read some stuff awhile back that wasnt so great about that, I wont even get multi's for my girl that contains it.....why is it in the PAK?
I quick search found this(from the mayo clinic):
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/don...tient-Dongquai
"Recently, interest in Dong quai has resurged due to its proposed weak estrogen-like properties. However, it remains unclear if Dong quai has the same effects on the body as estrogens, blocks the activity of estrogens, or has no significant hormonal effects."
"Safrole, a volatile oil in Dong quai, may be carcinogenic (cancer-causing). Long-term use should therefore be avoided, and suntan lotions that contain Dong quai often limit the amount of Dong quai to less than one percent. Dong quai has traditionally been associated with gastrointestinal symptoms (particularly with prolonged use), including laxative effects/diarrhea, upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, burping, or bloating. Published literature is limited in this area. Dong quai preparations may contain high levels of sucrose, and should be used cautiously by patients with diabetes or glucose intolerance. Various other side effects have rarely been reported with Dong quai taken alone or in combination with other herbs. However, side effects have not been evaluated in well-designed studies. These include: headache, lightheadedness/dizziness, sedation/drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, fever, sweating, weakness, abnormal heart rhythms, blood pressure abnormalities, wheezing/asthma, hot flashes, worsening premenstrual symptoms, reduced menstrual flow, increased male breast size (gynecomastia), kidney problems (nephrosis) or skin rash."
And you guys are huge fans of this stuff huh?

I have to look into it Alphy. Can you tell me at what dose these claims are made with? Those ingredients listed under "other ingredients" are in very small amounts. I've never heard of anyone claiming these effects from Animal Pak.
