It's not good to not cycle off creatine though. Your liver does need time to heal itself, especially if your on said number of supplements. You will get better results if you cycle off every once and a while as well.

It's common sense. Broken? No. But certainly not 100% healthy if you continue to pump your liver with creatine without taking a cycling off period.

So long as your hydration is high, there should be no problems. Pump your liver with creatine? What level of consumption do you think is considered to be that?

Although There're A Few Who Believe You Should Cycle Creatine Nothing Is Worth Harming My Body (Well Maybe Jay Cutler's Body :d ...J/K) So I Would Stay On The Safe Side And Cycle It.Load (If Monohydrate),Maintain,1 Week Off ,Repeat...

All the creatine that's consumed over time.

Only taking it on days you train is like micro-cycling. It is a decent plan once you are saturated.
I do not advocate loading. It's unnecessary (saturation is the same after ~3 weeks anyway) and that causes undue stress on the kidneys, imo. It may also cause bloating and gastric distress. You may still choose to, but you certainly don't need to.

If you choose to do the loading phase, then definitely take it on days you don't lift for that first week. Whether or not you want to save money by not taking it on off days during the rest of your cycle is up to you. All I've heard is to cycle off of it. Do like 4 weeks on, one week off, or 6-8 weeks on, one to two weeks off. If you don't cycle it, then your body stops producing natural levels and it loses it's affects. Also, make sure you drink a lot more water than you usually do to flush the bi-product of creatine out of your kidneys and the chances of cramping from creatine are less.
