Oh man, you have no idea. It take every bit of willpower not to chug the whole bottle when I intend to just drizzle it over my oats or yams. And PB & Honey sandwiches? Sweet lord!
Same can be said for peanut butter and raisins lol. All of which go perfect with a nice bowl of oatmeal or baked sweet potato.

4 egg whites out of the carton w/ cottage cheese on them, bowl of unflavored unsweetened quaker oatmeal w/ raisins.....sometimes throw in a protein shake, and also ill sometimes sub the oatmeal for a pb sandwich on Ezekiel bread

That's pretty much the only cereal we were allowed to eat during basic besides shredded wheat or cheerios. The only sugar we were allowed was 1 glass of gatorade with meals and syrup with our pancakes if we did well enough during PT that morning
Standard breakfast for me during training: Bulk liquid eggs, bacon, biscuits, hash browns, peanut butter, and bananas, 3 8oz glasses of water, and 1 8oz glass of sports drink. Usually it all got mashed together to save time lol. Not the best tasting thing, but it beats an MTI on your ass for busting chow

I used to add 1-2 tablespoons of Splenda and half a tablespoon of vanilla extract but it was too sweet and gave me nausea. So no flavoring
I just read eggs aren't fully bioavailable raw so i'm going to start hardboiling from now on. Maybe taking the gss out of the shake will allow me to start flavoring my shake again

Either:
4-6 egg whites scrambled with red peppers, onions, tomato, and cilantro or pico de gallo if i have any made
+
3/4-1 cup of oat bran with 1/2 cup blueberries
OR
1 whole egg + 4 egg whites omelete with the same vegis inside + black beans.
OR
if i'm running low on time i'll just make the oatmeal, but put some scoops of whey in with it.
Only water or caffeine free tea w/ my meals.

First, a large handful of Goji berries and some raw cacao nibs.
Then, a smoothie of:
1 banana
2 oranges
a bunch of spinach
some hemp milk
maca powder
blend all that together, and then stir in 2 raw eggs.

I bulk on high carb and high fat
today i was lazy and just used two scoops of whey and 3 tbspn of pb all mixed up with two bananas and 1.5 cups of oats
