Applied 3 pumps this afternoon around 1, and noticed my Napalm bottle is coming to a end.

Fortunately Avant sent me two bottles.

So I'll take some pictures after I finish my first bottle, and then some pictures after my second, to see the effectiveness of using 1 compared to 2 bottles.

You're only using about half of what he (and most other people) use.

Quick update, I'm going to finish up my first bottle today, and start the 2nd one tomorrow. Unfortunately I couldn't keep taking the LX, due to joint problems, so that's out of the stack. Everything else is good, lower abs are coming aloing.

So I've developed some minor irritation around my belly button, redness with some itching, so I'm going to quit applying Napalm to my lower abs, and just go with upper abs.

First I want to thank Avant Research for letting me try out their product! Ok, it's been a little over a week since I finished up my second bottle of Napalm, and here's my final thoughts.

Over all I'll give Napalm a 9/10. At the beginning of the log, I stated I was trying to cut, but I really decided to keep on bulking, as I was getting near 10% BF and my main goal was getting to 220. Now I just stayed just about maintence calories, with cardio 6-7 times a week, 30-45 minute LISS cardio sessions. Overall I'ved ended up nearly 197 lbs, 4 lbs then before, I've been at this weight for nearly 2 weeks, and I'm at the same BF if not a little less. The napalm did a great job in keeping any fat gains around the mid section off. Application took only seconds, and the product dried quickly. The only reason I didn't give the product a 10 is because it gave me a small rash around my belly button, which didn't allow me to apply any more Napalm to the lower abs (Rash subsided after a few days.). Everything else was smooth. Here are the pictures after two bottles. I noticed the most improvement in the lower abs. All pictures are relaxed.

I'm really glad you enjoyed Napalm except for the little rash. Luckily I've never gotten a rash, just dry skin. I appreciate you doing this log and like that you used it while bulking showing that it can reduce fat gains. Looking good in the pics, especially for a bulk. Good luck with your goals and thanks again.

Thanks, it was my pleasure to test out the product. This defiantly surprised me, because it worked much better then I anticipated. I actually had to quit taking Lean Xtreme after 2 weeks because of severe joint pain, so I contribute most the fast loss, or accumulation of from the midsection to napalm, solid product!
