What are some good foods that will keep me energized throughout the day?

Make sure you're getting enough clean protein and veggies...as well as some complex carbs during meals where you are most active throughout the day (before/after workouts and cardio, etc).

Eat several smaller meals throughout the day and drink at least 1 gallon of water throughout each day. These few tips should help keep your blood sugar levels more even and give you more sustained energy.
