where did you get you PT certificate?

i have been looking into get my personal trainers certificate and i wanted to ask around to see where other people have gotten theres that they actaully liked and felt like it was worth the money and time. any ideas would be great thanks!!

This might sound funny but I actually heard a commercial on tv the other day for this...it was for Penn Foster school...its an online school. They have a fitness trainer and nutrition program. I actually looked it up online cause I was always curious about how to become one too. Obviously, we have to experiance training/nutrition to know about it...but this gives you a diploma and then you can take the national test after you graduate. NASM is great. My husband has it and its more of a core type of training. It is an amazing cert and has really helped him a lot. He is about to open his own gym and has been a head trainer at his private gym for several years now. I also know ISSA is a pretty good one, he has that as well but isnt as crazy about it. I helped him study so I can say the NASM was very in depth. Good luck

Thanks! I checked out the NASM it looks pretty good! ive got a few others to check out as well, but this is adef a starting point!
