so i was wondering if 2 packs is ok etc.

It may take longer than two days to see a difference with AP. Two packs would be 6g of creatine. You don't really need that much. By using a single pack (3000mg) which is enough for a full daily dose, you should be all set.

Animal Pump's Foundational Creatine Matrix:
Magnesium Creatine Chelate (MCC)
Tricreatine Matrix (TCM) (creatine gluconate, creatine orotate, creatine AKG)
Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE)
People do not report bloating with this product. Otherwise, I would be on something else!

I might buy some animal pump but I have a few questions before I do so. I'm going to boot camp in about 7 weeks.
Will AP affect ones edurance? in a bad way, like slow me down in a run. I'm on the track team now, and I don't want to take any chances.
By taking this product for only 7 weeks, will I lose that muscle in boot camp (3 months w/o any supplments)?
Thanks

I understand that Pak should be taken with food, & that M-Stak & Pump should be taken on an empty stomach 45-30 minutes prior to workout. If I wanna work out at 5am would it be find to eat and take Pak after the workout or would that effect its effectiveness.

If anything it should help your endurance. Losing muscle will have more to do with your diet and training than supplements.

You can take the pak after you workout as long as you take it with food.

So its okay to take AP for 7 weeks, and get off of it for about 3 months (during boot camp)?
I've heard that after you get off any creatine supplement the muscles turn into "water bags" (saggy) even if you do workout as usual.
I'm not sure how accurate that statement is....

I've finally got my stack together to try for the summer after massive research.......
Animal Pak (daily multi)
Animal Stak + Animal Pump (both pre-workout)
ON Whey -- until I find a cheaper whey (post workout protein shake)
Prolab Creatine Mono (off days creatine)
Cytosport Muscle Milk (night-time protein shake)
...I'm pumped about getting started on this stack. Just one more week!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not accurate but I understand the confusion. One of the things that creatine does is draw water into your muscle cells. When you stop taking creatine your muscles don't hold as much water. That does not mean that you lose any muscle gained while using creatine, just the temp water thats drawn into your muscles.

First Post!!!
I never took anything other than WHEY, I started with the PUMP about 4 or 5 days ago. I feel a DEFINITE difference while lifting. I am getting a good 1-2 extra reps per set and I am making it thru the whole workout with energy to spare. I cant compare it with anything else as I have never taken anything else. After I finish this can I will probably try something else to see whats worth the money and whats not. As of now this PUMP stuff seems to be WORTH IT!
YEEEHAWW!

TEST is great. Been on it for a week now and just picked up some PUMP to stack. First workout today on PUMP and the energy was smooth all the way through. Animal products are top notch for sure.

Test should be taken with a meal (prior to your workout). Pump however, should be taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes before you hit the gym.

When using Cuts, or any fat burner, diet is critical to see the results you want.

You're going to love it bro. Remember, it works almost right away but gets better and better by the day as you continue to use it.
