I couldn't care less. In my humble opinion, it is about the synergy that all the factors of the being play when combined together. I'd rather lift a good amount of weight (reasonably large). look good, feel good, and be healthy, than be huge and lift a bunch of weight.

Exactly.
His food bill for the week is down right retarded. Eggs alone would fill my tank up with 93 octane

His friend's goals differ from mine an yours... I have no problem benching 320, his friend wants to bench 600, that's his choice... Is eating like that healthy, probably but the quantities make it unhealthy but necessary, in my opinion of course.

For instance:
1 cup of coffee contains 10X the amount of anti-oxidants an average fruit has.
Lactose (dairy sugar, such as milk) simultaneously feels up the liver and muscle glycogen, thereby reaping both benefits. (fed state for T3 output increase, T4 conversion to T3 rate sustained and up-keep, Glycogen replenishment time enhanced due to direct conversion of glucose to glycogen in the bloodstream, etc)
The list goes on and on.
