its interesting as well to see what people are trying to accomplish when they are dirty bulking. I guess its fine if you say you want to bench more and thats what you are bulking for. but there is zero argument to say that it is more effective then clean bulking for bodybuilding purposes. If you want to "dirty bulk" i think you should head over to this new site they just made called benchpress.com or excessfat.com. Make a profile there. casue i have yet to see a legit bodybuilder or big guy who has supported dirty bulk.
