Angry confuse

I need opinions on this I"m gaining muscle and losing body fat is been good but talking with my trainer he said not to do more running if I want to gaing more muscle I love running I do it 3 times per week I do45 mnts or 1hr . I want to compete on figure he said that figure girls don't do running.I will really apriciate any comments on this thanks hazel

Generally running is considered counter productive to mass building, but the question is how will it work for you personally? Can you up your caloric intake to compensate?

see my problem is for me is hard to loose body fat but I gain quickly so my cal are 1344 /per day 213 grams of protein 87 of carbs 24g of fat this is when I don't run when I run I do 1800 cal 208g protein 156g of carbs 49g of fat
