Mmmmmm....I used to dip CheezIts in cream cheese hehe...although I have to say, I'm actually partial to Cheese Nips, they're a little thicker and buttery

Sun chips really aren't bad at all in terms of ingredients, but I could see how they might be a little calorie dense for some people's macros.

Yea, a little high in fat for me, but they're not terrible. Same with the baked Lays...that's the one 'cheat' I had in the 3 months before my bday, a little bag of the cheddar ones...mmmm

What about Kashi's TLC cheddar crackers? They're probably about the same calorie content, but wouldn't kill you every now and then.

Me too. I also loved pepsi and coke but my body doesn't like it.
I haven't worked out for a few weeks, just last week a little because of an injury
and since I'm really ill I cannot eat things I'd like to. I can't even eat ice cream! But I'd like to.
I'm not really gifted... genetically. People here don't eat this and that but if I don't eat sweets and some cake my bodyweight is really low and I'm not outgrown yet even if I am 19 years old.
he time I'm not healthy but okay I can eat whatever I want and still keep a 6 pack at about 10% bodyfat, maybe 12 %. MY biggest problem is that my legs
are too big and my arms are too small but whatever.
BTW, I'd love to eat cheesecake right now! Cheesecake is the best there was, the best there is and the best there ever will be!

i eat so much in a day that i really don't crave anything ridiculous or "unhealthy". i only cheat when the opportunity arises and it's never, ever a binge. like two weeks ago, my girlfriend's mom made home made belgian waffles served with fresh cut strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. had it with some maple syrup along with a glass of soy chocolate milk, eggs, and bacon. as far as i can tell, that's my most recent "cheat", but it didn't set me back at all and i had a great leg workout that day.
people don't realize how "cheat" foods can often really be great fuel for workouts and recovery.

Avoiding the temptation is really hard; taking everything I got now. I need discipline... I used to have to wait a long period before eating, just so I could fit the calories in my diet.
It honestly takes a whole damn large pizza to get me full. And even after that, I'm still hungry damnit!
Have fun eating... I'll try. =-/

Nothing really. I still have what I used to eat, just not in the outrageous proportions I used to.

I miss cheesecake, chocolate cake, heck, any kind of good patisserie cake, and opera cookies.
And to be really honest, sometimes I miss taco time. But as I can make my own tacos at home, it's not such a loss. Still, mine are a little blander

oh the list could go on (former fatty) - Maccas, KFC, fish n chips, tacos, massive shnitzels with a huge bowl of chips, nachos, twisties, regular coke, pankcakes smothered in syrup, cookies, pizza, pies, ice cream, cheesecake, cream cake, chocolate cake, anything from my school canteen, chocolates, lollies, sugary cereals, eating whatever when going out for dinner....
pretty much not caring what you eat..
that being said - I love the healthy life have not eaten **** like that for around 6-7 months, only cheats have been 3 nights on the piss and on christmas day, didnt even have one bit of chocolate at easter
