If so which one and in what order of importance. I've started doing a full body routine with 1 set for each set of muscles 3 times a week M-W-F with the hope to get up to a routine of 3 sets per muscle group twice a week. IE Chest & Back on Monday and Thursday and then Legs, Arms and shoulders on Tuesday and Friday.
I am 190 and 5'9".
BMR is 1627.2 and BMI is 28.1 which puts me at the high end of the Overweight Category. I used to lift about 10 years ago so I know most of the movements. I am just having a hard time getting motivated as the excess weight has taken a lot of my energy. My play is to do the lifting in the morning while my children are sleeping and I can run in the evening when my wife is home to watch the kids.

keep doing the 1set thing its like a warm up cause ur kinda old

do it for like 2 weeks then go up the sets. if you want a supplement:
protein- thats a MUST
multivitamin- needed
creatine-if you want, it could help
natural test booster- good for your age
and thats it
