New and need advice

I am just starting my body transformation and wondering about two things: coffee and diet soda. I usually have them both on a daily basis. I think ultimately I should cut them out but is it going to have an effect on my success. Has anyone continued using one or both and had success. Also I use splenda a lot, in coffee and usually my diet sodas are made with it. My husband says its artificial and I should not use it. Again any input as to if I should continue or not. Thanks.

Cutting out diet pop will help you in transforming your body.
I cut out my diet coke and I lost 10 lbs off the bat. I was less bloated also. I find if i drink diet pop it makes me more hungry.
I don't know about coffee because I don't drink it everyday. But do use less slenda. You could try stevia in your coffee but it leaves a nasty aftertaste.
To stop my diet pop addiction I'd drink less each day until i was down to one a day, then i stopped. I would say to myself: "today i'm not going to have a diet coke." Now i don't have any because i find it way too sweet.

Your best source is good clean FOOD
